I mail them off as I make them, and I'm aiming to ship within ten days of your order. If that changes, I'll let you know. The card will come in a regular envelope in the mail. I'm shipping from Brooklyn, so East Coasters will get it soonish, and outside of that it might take a few days. If it's been like two and half weeks and you haven't gotten anything, shoot me an email and let me know.

If you ordered a Library Card and it didn't arrive, was damaged, or had some other kind of defect, I can either send you a new one free of charge or refund your money. In either case, please email hollandpatentpubliclibrary@gmail.com and put "Library Card Issue" and your name in the subject line, then explain the situation and we'll figure out a way to resolve it. Please include your name and the date of the transaction so I can look it up easily. I'm just a one man show right now, so please be patient. Thanks!
ALSO, to be clear, each card is unique and you won't know what it looks like until it arrives. The surprise is part of the fun. But if you think the artwork sucks, that's not really grounds for a refund or new card. To be fair, I do crappy little doodles, so that's what you should expect.
